Formed in 2014, the Gesualdo Six has already established a reputation as an exceptional vocal consort comprising some of the UK’s finest young singers – giving over a hundred performances in their first four years and releasing the critically-acclaimed recording English Motets on the Hyperion label.

This evening’s programme reflects their journey from an initial focus on early music to a growing interest in contemporary choral works – a refreshing juxtaposition of renaissance polyphony alongside some of the most exciting names in modern music. popular recital piece.
