A message from the Trustees of Cambridge Summer Music
It is with great sadness that we have cancelled this July’s Cambridge Summer Music Festival. We deeply regret having to take this decision, but the need to prioritise the safety of all those involved is obviously paramount.
We were very much looking forward to presenting a wonderful line up of world-class performers, with 30 concerts in beautiful venues across the city. Our heartfelt thoughts are with musicians everywhere who now face such challenging times.
The power of music and the arts to enrich our lives and to bring joy and hope, particularly during these uncertain times, is beyond doubt. We are determined to remain positive and look forward to bringing you a fantastic Festival in 2021 and beyond.
Meanwhile, we have created a ‘Virtual Festival’ with links to online performances for you to enjoy at home. We will be adding to this regularly so keep checking back to see what’s new – and follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get the latest updates.
With warmest wishes

Can you help?
Cambridge Summer Music has always been generously supported by our network of Friends and Benefactors, to whom we remain deeply grateful. With the loss of ticket income from this year’s Festival, fundraising has now become critical. If you feel able, we would be enormously grateful if you would consider making a donation to help ensure that Cambridge Summer Music continues to bring world-class music to our beautiful city for many years to come.
